So, we finally managed to get the hose out to Willy field done yesterday! Next part of the project is getting a skeleton fueling system up and running so that we can fuel planes if we have to before the ice runway move (scheduled for December 2 or so, but some people think it might happen sooner.) Once the ice runway is closed, we will move the rest of our fueling stuff from it over to willy field, making it fully operational. Will try to document that process as it happens.
Today we've got some more funky weather. Woke up to a couple inches of new snow, thankfully without too much wind or really cold temperatures. Most of the day so far has been a little windy with low visibility, so we've been taking care of little tasks in the barn. That's all for now.
